Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to all the voices and characters under the HaretsuLoids group.
You are allowed to:
- Create original songs and covers
- Make monetary profit with your songs and covers.
- Make your own character for a music video that uses the voice.
Permission is required for:
- Make monetary profit with the designs.
- Ports to other software.
The following is prohibited:
- Any content that promotes hatred towards individual people or groups of any kind, regardless of religion, ideologies, etc.
- Creation of Fanloid (derivative voices and characters)
- Redistribution of files of any kind.
- Creation of AI related content that uses the voices, such as RVC technologies.

Adult content (NSFW, Drugs, Gore... etc)
This ToU is regarding adult content of any kind. Please read carefully.
- Adult and illegal content. Illegal content should NOT be portrayed as positive behavior anywhere.
- Content that involves gore or NSFW of the adult characters (+18 years old) require permission from Nexys4t. Includes fanart, fanfics... and original songs/covers.
- Gore or NSFW content of the minor characters (-18 years old) requires permission as long as it's an original song or cover.
- Gore or NSFW content of the minor characters (-18 years old) is prohibited as long as it's artwork, literature... etc.
- These guidelines also apply to themes about drugs.
- Songs about mental health or delicate topics are allowed as long as they are not fantasized / romantisized about.
