A list of exceptions and priority ToU/ToS is listed below, with respective links.

Virtual Singer Voices
The following ToU only applies to the Voicebanks / Voices distributed.
They might not apply to the characters associated.
ALLOWED BEHAVIOR
1.) Creation of original songs and covers.
2.) Sexual or Violent content. (If not containing illegal-promoting behavior)
3.) Making monetary profit with original songs that use the voices.
4.) Once a distribution for a voice is finished, submitting to archive websites like ULM.
PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR
1.) Content that promotes hatred towards individuals or groups of people.
2.) Derivative character creation of the characters that are asociated with the voices.
3.) Creation of AI-related content with material not provided BY us, FOR AI usage (such as ENUNU).

1.) Derivative voice creation.
Virtual Singer Characters
The following ToU only applies to the Characters associated to Voices. (a.k.a Virtual Singers)
They might not apply to the voices asociated and the characters from other media.
ALLOWED BEHAVIOR
1.) Fanart works, of any kind, using the characters.
2.) NSFW content.
3.) Drawing the characters in alternate outfits.
4.) Creation of characters that have UNOFFICIAL relationships with the Virtual Singers.
PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR
1.) Content that promotes hatred or damaging behavior towards individuals or groups of people.
2.) Derivative character creation of any kind.
3.) Religious content that is not fictional.
4.) Political content of any kind.
5.) Claiming the characters as the ownership of anyone that is not NaiveDesla.
6.) Usage of the characters for any AI related stuff. This includes feeding an AI with artwork.
ASK FOR PERMISSION
1.) Derivative voice creation.
2.) Making monetary profit of artwork that uses the characters.
3.) Creation of characters/"sona" based in the Virtual Singers.
