Captain Papers is a voicebank for the UTAU and OpenUTAU programs.

Inspired by the Pokemon fandom, Papers is made with the idea of giving variety and quality.

It's a male voice with the capability to sing in Japanese and has various Appends.

VOICEBANKS page updated: Captain Papers [Core] 's oto.ini was fixed (Hiragana aliasing, Enbreaths configuration), as well as the Readme, for both UTAU and OpenUTAU. Re-Downloading is highly recommended.
A phoneme guide was included in Captain Papers Wiki (CONTACT) in the section General Voice Details.
A documentation file is being worked on.
